OVERVIEW / THE SIGNAL

Three things that matter.

SOLIDWORKS · Embedded controls · BLDC propulsion · Pressure-hull design · Servos · 4S batteries

01

The problem

Package propulsion, power, control, sensing, and actuation into a compact pressure hull for a remotely operated straight-line underwater vehicle.

02

What I owned

System architect and mechanical/electrical designer responsible for requirements, component packaging, CAD assembly, subsystem interfaces, and the planned validation program.

03

The evidence

A packaged SOLIDWORKS assembly now defines the pressure hull, internal rail layout, four-battery tray, electronics, drivetrain, and servo-actuated control surfaces; physical performance remains to be tested.
